We help buyers understand the home they’re about to call theirs.
Property Made Clear turns long, technical inspection reports into calm, plain-English summaries that agents share with their buyers in one link.
Why we built it
A home inspection report is thorough by design. It’s often dozens of pages of checkboxes, photos, codes and careful legal wording. It’s written for the record, not for the reader.
So buyers skim it at midnight, worry over the wrong things, or miss the few items that really matter before closing. Agents end up translating it line by line, again and again.
We built Property Made Clear to do that translation well. It reads every page, sorts findings by what to handle first, explains each one in everyday language, and always points back to where it came from. Agents add their own notes, and buyers get something they’ll actually read.
What we believe
Honest, but calm
Every home has a list. We explain what matters and what’s routine, without hiding anything or turning it into a scare.
The inspector’s words come first
Every finding links to the exact page in the original report, so nothing has to be taken on faith.
Agents stay in the loop
Agents add notes and context for their buyers. They can’t edit or hide findings, so buyers see the full picture.
Buyers stay in control
No account to create and no sales calls by surprise. Buyers hear from local pros only when they ask for quotes.
How we keep it free
Property Made Clear is free for agents and buyers. When a buyer asks for repair quotes, we connect them with well-reviewed local pros, and those pros may pay us a referral fee. We never pay agents for referrals, and buyers are never obligated to hire anyone.
