Your clients’ reports stay private.
An inspection report holds your buyer’s name, their future address and the details of their new home. Here’s exactly how we protect it, in plain English.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Private to your account
- Shared only by links you control
- Never used to train AI
From the moment you upload to the day you delete
Encrypted on the way and in storage
Every page, upload and download travels over HTTPS (TLS). Once stored, reports and the database are encrypted with AES-256 by our infrastructure provider, Supabase, which is independently audited for SOC 2 Type 2.
Locked to your account
Each agent’s PDFs sit in their own private folder. Database rules check every request, so other agents and visitors can’t list, open or download your files. Only you, and the buyer you send a link to, can open a report. Files are never made public.
Links to files expire on their own
The original PDF and the inspector’s photos only open through private links that we create on the spot and that stop working within a few hours, so a copied file link is soon useless.
You decide who sees a summary
Nothing is visible to anyone until you click Share. Each buyer link is a random 24-character code that can’t be guessed and is kept out of Google. Turn it off any time, and it switches off by itself after 6 months unless you extend it. You can see when your buyer opened it.
Never used to train AI
Reports are read by Claude through Anthropic’s business API. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, that content can’t be used to train AI models.
Delete it whenever you like
Deleting a report removes the PDF, the photos, the summary and the buyer link from the site right away. We keep reports until you delete them or close your account, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
How the site itself is protected
- HTTPS on every page, with browsers told never to fall back to an insecure connection
- Strict browser rules that block other websites from embedding our pages or running scripts on them
- Uploads are checked to make sure they’re real PDFs (up to 50 MB); anything else is deleted
- Passwords are stored securely by our sign-in provider. We can’t see them
- Your buyers’ contact details go to a local pro only when the buyer asks for quotes
- No advertising trackers
What we never do
- Sell inspection reports or summaries
- Show your reports to other agents or inspectors
- Make summaries public or searchable
- Use your reports to train AI
Your part, in three habits
Send each buyer link only to your buyer. Turn the link off once the deal is done if they no longer need it. And use a password you don’t use anywhere else. No website can promise perfect security, but these habits close the gaps that matter most.
